ONLY LETTERS SENT VIA REGULAR POSTAL SERVICE WILL BE ACCEPTED. REGISTERED MAIL, RECORDED DELIVERY LETTERS, COURIER PACKAGES, AND PARCELS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. DO NOT SEND ANY LARGE PACKAGES. ONLY LETTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
