Hello everyone! I’m Jennie Mandeville. I am a junior at Middlebury College, located in Middlebury, Vermont, where I pursue a joint major in biology and psychology, with a focus on pre-med. When at home, I live in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, just north of Boston, with my parents, my fifteen-year-old sister, my grandmother, my cat, and my grandmother’s dog.

At school, besides studying and spending time with friends, I participate in the Volunteer Services Organization and play the clarinet in the college orchestra. I try to keep up my piano playing as well. If I have some spare time, I love to ski, hike and play tennis.

I am really excited about coming to South Caicos Island this fall. A career in marine biology is an option that I am considering along with medicine, so this experience will be great! The added bonus of scuba diving in these pristine waters was a big draw for me. What could be better than doing something I love while helping an entire community as well?!
