Economist

Charlotte is the economist on the School for Field Studies faculty at South Caicos Island. She has a PhD. in Marine Policy from the University of Delaware; a Master of Science in Sea-Use Law, Economics and Policy from the London School of Economics; and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Paris. She has worked for the Center for International Environmental Law, the United States Agency for International Development, the International Oceanic Commission, and the United States Foreign Relations Committee.
