Scott Ethington My name is Scott Ethington and I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. I'm an anthropology major at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. At DePauw, I keep busy through classes, fraternity life, and golf. I've always been drawn to the ocean. This may seem kind of odd, because I've lived in the Midwest all my life. Traveling off-campus to a tropical island seemed like a remedy for my continual attraction to the ocean. Some extra activities I enjoy while on the island include SCUBA and anything involving boats, whether it be taking a quick ride on a skiff or taking some snapshots of a sailboat. Boats grab my attention! After a semester in the Turks and Caicos Islands it will be hard to return to the Midwest. I hope to someday work with coastal communities and possibly return to the Caribbean Islands. |
