Hi! I'm Tim Hensley, a senior at San Diego State University. I've been basically raised in San Francisco, California. My mom, two brothers, and myself moved there when I was starting third grade. The only college I've attended has been SDSU, where my major is Biology with an emphasis in Marine Mammals. Some of the reasons I chose SFS are to gain research and field experience. Plus I believe the experience will help me to prepare for graduate school and then my own career. I plan to do research on seals, but I haven't narrowed it down to a specific area yet. This program also involves two of my main interests, which are water and animals. I look forward to becoming part of the community through learning and sharing in all aspects of the program.
