I am participating in this program because I feel that I would like to do research in a field setting. SFS provides the ability for students to learn in this type of setting. My goals are to learn the lifestyle of a field scientist in relation to applied marine biology. I intend to learn how the SCUBA industry effects the world in which we live.

My hobbies include SCUBA diving, photography, and playing soccer and lacrosse. I am fluent in Spanish and am CPR certified.
