Alan Higgins is our chef here at the Center for Rainforest Studies (CRS). Therefore, he is the most important person on site! He cooks a variety of foods for us, and takes care that everyone has the right kinds of food for their diet, whether they are vegetarians, vegans, or have any other dietary needs. His food is always good!
