Hi, I'm Sarah. I am a biology major at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine where my main focus is on ecology. I am studying ecology because I love to spend time outdoors and I want to learn more about how the world around us works.Some of my favorite things to do in my spare time are to go hiking or backpacking, read a good book, or go horseback riding. I am spending next semester at the SFS Center for Rainforest Studies because I want to learn more about rainforest ecology an how I can help other people appreciate and protect forests all over the world.
