Hi! I'm Moria Eggers. I go to the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. I am doing a double major in natural science biology and environmental studies. I am interested in preserving the beauty and quality of the natural world through understanding, respect and activity.

I have been studying biology since middle school, and I have always been fascinated by the natural world. Recently, in college, I have learned about many environmental projects going on—for example, the project to save the salmon stocks that are declining in the Pacific Northwest. Population declines, environmental degradation and deforestation are big problems affecting us all, and I feel a responsibility as a human being on the Earth to curb these effects and do what I can to campaign for the Earth.
